With its entirely underground facilities, Bodega Remigio Salas has become a living museum of the history of winemaking. The complex comprises nine cellars linked by underground galleries—maintaining a constant temperature—where every stage of the winemaking process takes place, blending modernity and tradition.

It features a wine press dating back to 1887, Castilian vats over a century old, oak barrels, machinery from the 1930s, and the very galleries where Las Luceras wines are crafted today.
