Visits
Remigio Salas Jalón is a spectacular historic winery, entirely underground, located in the municipality of Dueñas (Palencia, Spain).
It is a family-owned winery whose origins date back to 1778. Over the years, its facilities have been progressively adapted to preserve a balance between tradition and innovation in the world of winemaking.
Traditionally renowned for producing rosé wines, known locally as “claretes,” the winery also crafts young red wines, aged red wines, and white wines made from the Verdejo grape variety. All of its wines are protected under the Cigales Designation of Origin (D.O. Cigales).
